HERMANN LONDON REAL ESTATE GROUP
CORPORATE OFFICE POSTER SERIES
Using Saul Bass as my muse for these posters, I wanted to take a stab at figurative minimalism for the custom posters commissioned for the Hermann London corporate office.
Minimalist design. Geometric shapes. Strong use of symbolism.
MISSION STATEMENT CONCEPT
Though the pen is meant to symbolize the education and innovation principals mentioned in the statement, it also represents the literal "pen to paper" which is a large role in the day-to-day life of a real estate agent. ie: signing contracts ... etc. (Shown with the shadow under the pen to quantify the paper underneath).
TRAINING PLAN CONCEPT
The training plan is the roadmap for each real estate agent. So quite literally we used a map. The little detail that is not completely obvious is that the map is of the greater St. Louis area metro link, giving a fun little homage to the city that gives the Hermann London agents their business.
TEAM VALUES CONCEPT
The values are what will take each agent to the top step-by-step, and the foundation on which to stand on during "the climb". Additionally, the stripes might echo that of the stripes found on the flag which inspires a sense of pride and patriotism.
CAREER PATH CONCEPT
Using the same thought process as the map for the training plan, I used an orbit to illustrate the career paths. It is an orbit with an intersecting point that all paths meet and continue on. Though each path may be its own, they are all dependent on each other and come in contact with one another regularly. Additionally, this shows that no one path is set, and at Hermann London you have the encouragement and the freedom to find the path that best fits you.
HELPING HEARTS CONCEPT
I used the stripes to show what grows out of the Hermann London family - each stripe "budding" with something to represent the various areas of philanthropy the Hermann London group helps.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT CONCEPT
The helping hearts program may be what grows out of Herman London giving back, but it is the community involvement that serves as the foundation. Here charity, networking, and exposure serve as the pipeline for growth both for the community as a whole, as well as the Hermann London real estate team.
